**Rioburn Store Return and Exchange Policy:** Exchange is within 7 days and return within 3 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition as received, unused, and without tags or stickers removed. It must contain its original labels and packaging sent with it. The product should be in its original bag and all accessories. Please attach a copy of the invoice or order number to facilitate the receipt of the exchange or return request. The customer has the right to exchange or return the product only once. Please note that we do not have direct exchange or return "for quality review purposes." The exchange or return request will be canceled if there is no response to customer service contact after more than 3 attempts. It will be processed within 5 working days from the date of receiving the request, or 10 days if the order was outside Riyadh. The customer bears the shipping or delivery costs for exchange or return, unless there are exceptional cases including: Manufacturing defects. Problems during receipt and delivery. Receiving the wrong product. The exchange or return request must be made via WhatsApp contact.
